WOE IS ME

Woe is me....if I don't show
God's love wherever I may go
as I allow my light to glow
for Jesus Christ each day below!

Woe is me.......if I don't share
my testimony everywhere
to help the searching world prepare
eternally....'cuz they're aware I care!

Woe is me....if I don't preach
the gospel of the Lord to reach
the lost souls...so I'll make my goal
to go for Him...as He'll control & teach!

Woe is me........if I don't tell
the sinners they may go to hell
if they do not repent of sins
be cleansed by Christ & born again
I'll go each day as I'm compelled
so they may go to heaven to dwell
for if I don't do that job....woe is me!

If I say, "I will not mention him
or speak any more in His name,"
His word is in my heart like a fire,
a fire shut up in my bones.
I am weary of holding it in;
indeed, I cannot .Jeremiah 20:9
