When there's no one around
who seems to care
CRY OUT TO GOD
ABOVE IN PRAYER
When you seem sad and all alone
come to the Lord before His throne
When you are feeling ill or sickly
call on Jesus, He'll heal quickly
When you're depressed
and feeling defeated
just say this prayer....
it may be repeated
again and again
until you're on the mend
and you've peace in your mind
from the LORD, your BEST FRIEND!
LORD, I'm coming to YOU
assured that You care
Will you please intercede
for my needs now in prayer
Cleanse my soul
and forgive me
of all of my sin
Touch my body and mind
make me whole once again
You can have ALL my burdens
I'll trust and OBEY
I am casting ALL CARE
upon You as I pray
for Your mercy and strength
to renew me today
Hold my hand
keep my feet
on your straight narrow way! AMEN
